We strive for our customers to be satisfied with their products... that's why we only sell products of a high quality. However... if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us within 7 days after receiving the item(s) for instructions to returning your purchase. All lamps must be in their original condition for you to recieve a refund. If your reurning the item for any reason... other than it being damage then you'll recieve a refud minus a 30% re-stocking fee.
We as that you please repackage the lamp in the same way as it was sent to you.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.
