Payment Method
You can pay for your Tiffany lamp using PaPal or with a credit/Debit card (if you've never used paypal). We use PayPal as our merchant account, which means if you do pay by credit or debit card you will do so through Paypal (you don't need a PayPal account to do this! You enter your credit/debit card details as normal, and paypal processes the payment).
You can be assured you're payment is being received securely. As instead on http in the address bar you'll see https and you'll see a padlock in the bottom left corner of your window (if using windows explorer) or a padlock at the end of the address of the web page in the address bar (if using firefox).
Delivery Charges - Free Delivery To USA For A Limited Time Only!
Delivery and handling fees (including insurance) are free if your Tiffany lamps is shipped to the USA.

Delivery Times
Our Tiffany lamps are uniquely hand-crafted and so for this reason it can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive you lamp. If you have a specific delivery time frame, we should discuss this prior to order placement, you can do this by contacting us at specialDelivery@TiffanyLampWorld.com. We must however state, that on rare occasions, which are beyond our control, we don't make a the stated delivery schedule. But we can assure you that if such a rare occasion occurs, then we do everything in our power to make sure the situation is resolved! And for this reason we can not guarantee an exact delivery data... it's best to say this upfront, than to make you empty promises!
Any delivery times we do give are an estimate based on a number of factors such as the time of year, whether it's being created especially for you, or it's sitting in a warehouse waiting to be delivered. Please understand are lamps are made at a high quality. These are precious works of art, and the wait for such amazing lamps will be well worth it!

Upon Receiving Your Lamp
It's very important you inspect your lamp when it arrives before signing the bill of lading. If the lamp is damaged, you still need to sign the bill of lading; write on the bill of lading the damage to the lamp.
All our lamps are fully insured against freight damage.
Freight Damage
Your lamp is insured against freight damage. Should freight damage occur, contact us for instructions.
If you're product is damaged you're responsible to notify us immediately by emailing us at damagedGoods@TiffanyLampWorld.com to report the damage and receive instructions about what you should do next. Please note, as mentioned above... the bill of lading still needs to be signed if your lamp is damaged. Make a note on the bill of lading the damage to the lamp. Damage claims are rare - but we're aware it can happen and want to make the process of you receiving a damage lamp as simple and stress free as possible! Please keep all packaging materials.

Changes / Cancellations
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order before any fees are incurred. Any fee or charges incurred to us for cancellation or changes will be applied to you.
